I have a fondness for the Howa mini, I have built a 222 Remington, 221 Fireball with CZ mag conversion , 17 Fireball with CZ mag conversion , and now a 20 Vartarg that uses the stock Howa 223 mag just fine

Howa Mini actions are great platforms to built on. I shoot a 224 Grendel on a mini action and absolutely love it.

I wonder if the Howa mini could be made to shoot the 5.7x28. That would be a fun configuration.

I built two identical 20 Grendels with 8 twist barrels off howa minis and love them. One is a night varmint rifle other is a day varmint gun.
