I used this rifle to shoot three prairie dogs past 500 yards to get in the VHA 500 yard club back when it was still a thing. It's a 1.700" Nesika J with a Lilja barrel that's 1.500" at the muzzle. Unfortunately back then they only made 12 twist barrels, no such thing then as a 9 twist or 55 Bergers at that time. The 39 BlitzKing did the trick

Ok Matt....you call me out with your nice 20BR, with it's tiny "earth mover axle" barrel.
My Searcy actioned 20BR has a 10.0" twist K&P barrel, wit a Vais muzzle brake.
The Berger 50LTB exits at 3950fps......and the 40VMAX at 4150fps.
On one trip, to the grasslands of the Texas High Plains, the 40VMAX connected with a pd at 792 yards.
