Favorite rimfire

I have a tricked-out Savage 93 .17 HMR, a Savage BMAG .17 WSM, and a Savage A17 Sporter .17 WSM. My two .17 WSMs have broken down and I recently got the BMAG ejector fixed and the A17 goes back to the factory as soon as I receive the Savage shipping label. I am unable to remove the shroud so as to remove the bolt for cleaning.

I waited more than two years for the ordered A17 to arrive. I was getting really disgusted so I asked the store owner to try a different jobber. That must have happened because I received the rifle two weeks later.

But I am now back in action with my BMAG. 😁

My Savage A17 Sporter and a rabbit. What really got me fired up and getting .17 WSM rifles was well known and highly respected Eric Mayer.

My tricked-out Savage 93 .17 HMR, custom lefthand stock for righthand rifle and Basix sear kit installed with the trigger set on 12 OZ. It shoots one hole groups at 100 meters, witnessed. I traded some of my custom knife shop work for the stock.

Think anschutz have left hand range of rimfire rifles.
I always wanted a L/H match 54 sporter, but they didn't make any in rimfire, just a L/H Match 54 22 Hornet
From memory there have been a couple Match 54 rimfires built from the L/H single shot 19 series target rifle, I do remember reading about these.

There have been others available, CZ 452, Savage, Cooper, Anschutz Match 64, Kimber, Tikka?? plus some customs
