I have always had good results with RCBS but I also really like Redding. If I can get used Redding I buy them, not convinced the difference in price new is worth it. As far as the 17HH, had a couple, sold them and went back to the 17 FB. Much better brass, easier to load, and a lot more velocity for very little more powder.
