This one can go into 2 different threads.
Wildcats and rimfires.
I built a 14 Jones on a 1915 Steven's favorite takedown rifle.
It's a 22LR necked down to .14 cal in 3 steps.
Been waiting on boolits.
They finally came in last week.

Will be curious to see what powder and how much works out. The smallest cartridge I've ever reloaded was the 5mm Craig and if I remember right it used 5 grains of AA#9. Looking forward to seeing your results.

Would 17 Mach II cases be easier to form down, IF you could find any?
Cheers, KB.
Bullseye , do you have a source for primed 17 Mach II cases? Been thinking about using heavier bullets and slowing them down and suppressing them. Thinking quiet pest removal at close to 100 yards,22lr just doesn't cut it.

Looks like AA#9 is in the running and H110 is one I really like in my bigger guns too. Win Win.
I kinda thought #9 might work out. I guess the starlings or some type of varmint are gonna be in trouble 😉
