17 caliber borescope

Do any of you have a borescope which works for 17 caliber barrels? If so, which one do you use and how do you like it? I have a Lyman borescope which I like, but it will only do 20 caliber or bigger.

I haven't found one, my Teslong also only goes to 20 caliber. I thought I found one, but upon further exploration it would not use a 90 degree side mirror, which made it useless. I got a forward looking one off Amazon, which was useless as well. I'm curious for an answer as well!

Hawkeye made one. But it was very expensive, around $1500.

I've looked at some on Ebay, and they are between $450 and $695, but the only ones on now are 12" versions, which I find of no use to look into a 24" barrel in 17 caliber.

I've looked at some on Ebay, and they are between $450 and $695, but the only ones on now are 12" versions, which I find of no use to look into a 24" barrel in 17 caliber.

Youd be able to look at quite a bit of a 24" barrel, even without pulling the action. You'd just have to look at it from each end. But you'd definitely be missing a decent chunk in the middle

Yes, stainless super match BLANK, 24", chambered and fitted, 4-G 9-T, target crown, fluted, media blasted, threaded, Varmint Sendero taper, installed on action, etc. There's a lot of option choices.

It says in the description that with the side view mirror it wont fit 17s

It is starting to look like there are no affordable options unless you are willing to spend alot on a Hawkeye.

Yes, I had one and sold it. Didn't use it enough to warrant tying up that much money when the Tslong was so much cheaper and nearly as clear. Lack of seeing 17 calibre isn't that big a deal but if a Tslong style one came out I would buy it..
