Well my 1500 scale took a crap may have got a surge i dont know worked fine last time I used it but now won't dispense acts like its having a zero problem anybody know if you can buy just the scale?
I had Lone MTN Communicatios work on the thing about 5 years ago think ill call them too.

I moved to a FX-120 and v4 Auto trickler and never looked back. I keep a beam scale in case the power goes out, but after using the v4 AT, I'll never go back to a cheaper scale/powder dispenser.

Life is too short, and time too valuable.

I'm retired now so I have alot of time on my hands in the winter.
I've been using the 1500 to throw charges and my TRX-925 to final weigh for quite awhile now.
I throw alot of 2200 on my small Harrels its pretty consistent then final trickle I can load 100 rounds after brass is prepped and primed pretty quick.

Kevin you saying that made me realize that I have been using my Ohaus RCBS Model 1010 reloading scale for 50 years. Bought it just after I was married.
Pete
I started with a Lee then bought a Ohaus RCBS 1010 I used it a few times and is still like nib, that's because I lucked onto a Ohaus 1010 set.
I preferred the Ohaus scale as it had a scale either side of the "0" which the RCBS set didn't have.
I also got Scott Parker to tune the Ohaus set

All three of my electronic powder measures died now I am back to my old rcbs uniflows all six are working great, and seems to be quicker than the electronics.

Same here, prefer the Ohaus because of the better graduations. What is this Scott Parker tune you talk of please ?

Hi Pete, I sent them to Scott Parker and he tunes scales to be very accurate and super responsive. When he ships them back they come with a bullet with the true weight of it to use as a check weight.
